Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed directly through APPLE Furniture.
Non-Returnable Items
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy on all standard products, including study chairs, student desks, classroom furniture, and most items purchased from APPLE Furniture Pakistan.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and shipped back in the original packaging.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
What Items Can Be Returned?
You may return the following furniture items if they meet our return criteria:
Study Chairs
Student Chairs
School Furniture (desks, benches, racks, etc.)
College and University Chairs & Desks
Classroom Furniture
Visitor Chairs
Plastic Furniture (if not custom-made)
Standard educational and office furniture
Non-returnable items include:
Items damaged by misuse or incorrect installation
Custom-made or personalized furniture (color, logo, size, etc.)
Gift cards and vouchers
Items sold as clearance or final sale
Assembled or installed furniture unless defective or damaged
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Return Steps
Inspection: Once received, your item will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Contact Us: Email us at support@applefurniture.com.pk within 30 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.
Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
Ship Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to our warehouse.
Refunds – When & How You’ll Get Your Money Back
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, or COD refund) within 7–10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
If your refund is delayed, first check your bank, then contact your payment provider. For unresolved issues, email support@applefurniture.com.pk.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defect or damage on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.
Exchanges – Replacements for Defective or Damaged Furniture
We stand behind our quality. If you receive a study chair, student chair, or classroom desk that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Send the item back to us; once we confirm the issue, we will ship a replacement or offer a full refund.
